Get the care you deserve
Since completing my master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling at Baruch College, I have accumulated extensive experience in diverse settings including private practice and community-based mental health organizations. My practice is focused on helping individuals and couples to navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, low self-esteem, and family conflict.
A little about me
A tailored approach
I draw upon a range of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-based therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. These techniques aim to foster insight into the underlying causes of distress, and to recognize and break unhealthy patterns that may hinder progress in your present life. Through a tailored therapeutic approach, I support clients in exploring their attachments, experiences, and relationships, encouraging self-introspection. I believe that self-awareness is key to achieving behavioral change and can pave the way for clients to lead more fulfilling lives.
